Here is a very simple way of making a Christmas party hat:
- Roll up a piece of (coloured or patterned) paper into a cone shape. Before securing this with adhesive tape, make sure that the hat will fit the intended recipient!
- Now start decorating it! Consider glueing on glitter, ribbons, Christmas tinsel, holly, and any other Christmassy decorations.
